There are three main processes in the processing of aluminum profiles: aluminum rod casting, extrusion aging and surface treatment. The whole mass production process takes about 3-4 days to complete, and then transported to the aluminum profile processing plant. It usually takes 7-10 days. The whole aluminum profile is processed to the factory, and the general profile factory promises about 15 days. Processing is the key path of aluminum alloy doors and Windows, and it is necessary to always pay attention to the time of the manufacturer's order.
Aluminum profile processing technology is as follows:
Aluminum alloy profiles are divided into industrial aluminum and civilian aluminum. Aluminum alloy composition (alloy brand) is different for different purposes. Before extrusion, it is necessary to melt and cast alloy aluminum rod suitable for use. Aluminum alloy doors and Windows are generally selected 6063T5, 6063T6(6063T6 is higher than 6063T5 hardness, general aluminum alloy doors and Windows can meet the requirements).
The specific aluminum rod melting casting process is as follows :a, the acquisition of pure aluminum ingot. b, alloy casting, the pure aluminum ingot is melted in the furnace, and then other alloy components are added, poured into the grinding wheel to form the alloy aluminum rod to be extruded.
Profile extrusion and aging: After the aluminum rod is formed, it can be sent to the profile extrusion line. The profile extruder will first heat the aluminum rod, reach the appropriate temperature and then send it to the extruder mouth for extrusion, and the profiles of different sections can be extruded through different molds. The newly extruded profiles have no strength and need to be sent to the aging furnace for 4-8 hours to age and increase strength.
When the profile molding has a certain strength, surface treatment can be carried out. The principles of powder spraying and carbon spraying in the four surface treatment methods are basically the same; The basic principles of anodizing and electrophoresis are the same. All surfaces require pretreatment before treatment. Pretreatment function: remove dust, dirt, grease, fingerprints and so on in the extrusion process of the surface of the profile. And expose the pure metal matrix.
Powder spraying and carbon spraying: profiles and spray guns form positive and negative poles, forming electrostatic high-voltage electric fields in the poles, spraying paint particles are charged, forming uniform paint film on the surface of profiles under the action of electric fields, baking and curing. The difference between powder spraying and carbon spraying for aluminum profile processing is that powder spraying is a powder particle, and carbon spraying is a paint. In addition to sending the testing institute to detect the thickness of the paint film, if conditions permit, you can also use a handheld film thickness detection line detection, or use a vernier caliper for rough detection (powder spraying as an example: the general window profile thickness is 1.4mm, the film thickness is 0.04~0.12mm, and the thickness of the profile on site should be between 1.44~1.52mm after measurement).
