Aluminum toolbox as one of the many aluminum boxes used in daily life, whether from the perspective of extending the service life, economic and environmental protection, it needs to be maintained.
Commonly used aluminum toolbox in daily life is mainly affected by dust pollution, corrosion and oxidation, wind and sun, rain and other external factors, so that its color fade, box surface wear scratches; For the toolbox that is not commonly used, it should be wiped clean to extend its service life and ensure its quality.
First of all, the cabinet that stores the aluminum toolbox should be kept ventilated.
Second, it is recommended to remove dust before each storage of aluminum alloy toolbox. Use a clean cotton cloth to evenly wipe the surface of the box. If there are serious stains, use a soft cloth or a soft brush dipped in neutral detergent to scrub. The hardware accessories inside the box should be cleaned with a dry cloth after use. If it is slightly oxidized, try gently wiping the hardware with flour or toothpaste.
Aluminum alloy toolbox welding requirements.
First, select the welding wire.
Generally choose 301 pure aluminum welding wire and 311 aluminum silicon welding wire.
2. Select the welding method and parameters.
Generally, the left welding method is used, and the welding torch and the workpiece are at a 60° Angle. Welding * When the thickness is more than 15mm, the right welding method is used, and the welding torch and the workpiece are at a 90° Angle.
The third is the preparation before welding.
The aluminum alloy toolbox uses chemical or mechanical methods to strictly clean the surface oxide film on both sides of the welding groove.
Mechanical cleaning can be pneumatic or electric milling cutter, can also be scraper, file and other tools. For thinner oxide films, the oxide film can also be polished with a 0.25 mm copper brush.
